Details

The lifeboat was launched to assist two children swimming ashore from a capsized inflatable dinghy off Beltinge. However, whilst the lifeboat was still en route, Herne Bay Coastguard reported that the children and dinghy were now safely ashore, so the lifeboat returned to station.
