Details

Thames CG requested Whitstable Lifeboat to launch following a report from a woman ashore that her husband's angling dinghy had suffered engine failure one mile north of Hampton Pier, Herne Bay.

The lifeboat arrived alongside the 14' dinghy Pioneer  and took it in tow for Herne Bay harbour.
