Whitstable Lifeboat launched to assist a broken down jetski, currently being towed by Sheerness Lifeboat.

As Sheerness Lifeboat was also towing the motor cruiser That's Amore, from the previous incident  and the  jetskier had come from Herne Bay, it was requested that Whitstable Lifeboat take him under tow.

Whitstable Lifeboat met up with Sheerness Lifeboat at the Spile Buoy, off Warden Point. The rider was brought aboard the lifeboat, and the tow connected.

At 1619 the rider and jetski were both landed at Neptune Jetty, Herne Bay, and met by Herne Bay Coastguard.
